Booking, Cancellation & Refund Policy
At Sacred Beginnings LLC, each session time is reserved specifically for you. To respect both your time and ours, the following policy applies to all bookings:
Cancellations & Rescheduling

Clients may cancel or reschedule their appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice at no charge.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session will incur a 50% late cancellation fee.
Missed Appointments (No-Shows)

Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will be considered a no-show.

No-shows will be charged 100% of the session fee and are non-refundable.
Refund Policy

All services are non-refundable once a session has been completed.

Payments made for scheduled sessions are non-refundable outside of the cancellation window outlined above.

Prepaid sessions, bundles, or packages (if applicable) are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time.

Full session fees apply regardless of late arrival.
Exceptions
Sacred Beginnings LLC understands that emergencies can arise. Exceptions or rescheduling accommodations may be made at our sole discretion.
